Diana supports large corporates and financial markets in market opportunity assessment, strategy design and strategic portfolio management. Her skills include post-merger integration, cost assessment, IT functions organization and optimization aswell as large program management.

She began her career with Colombus Consulting, she then took the position of chiefof staff to the CIO of a leading European Exchange.

In her latest interventions she was overlooking the execution of the company strategic plan, the MiFID program management, the exchange IT integration and a worldwide cybersecurity cost-baselining for a global insurance company. She is working in multi-entity, multi-stakeholder and international context.

Diana graduated from Science-Po Paris and National University of Singapore.
